It is an IronComputer Corp support service for customers who need practical technical help with deployed servers, video systems, backup platforms, storage, streaming infrastructure, workstations, and related systems.

For approved service customers, IronREMOTE can support persistent remote access so technicians can maintain and assist systems more efficiently.
Remote service can coordinate with IronPC, IronVIDEO, IronBACKUP, IronRTMP, IronHLS, IronRAID, and other IronComputer infrastructure deployments.
